Today, as with the past several Tuesdays, was spent in doctor's appointments. The baby's heart rate and movements were great, but my blood pressure is a little high. This means I have to rest a lot more, to avoid complete bedrest or worse, delivering early. We definitely need this little guy to stay in the womb as long as possible. I remember with Ben just being ready to be done with being pregnant. While I'm certainly uncomfortable a lot of the time, I know that once baby Will is out, his heart journey will really begin. I wish I could just keep him safe, but in just three short weeks he'll be born and so will begin our prayers while his heart begins to work on its own.
In the meantime, I truly am savoring these last moments where we're just a family of three. I took Ben with me to the non-stress test where he played doctor and we read books. Then we walked around the mall, had pretzels, played in the Apple store, killing time before my second appointment of the day. One of Ben's favorite things is taking self portraits with my phone. At the end of the day, I probably have about 50 pictures of his silly faces. Love my silly guy. He took the one of me too as a farewell to the muscles. A part of preventing my blood pressure from going higher means giving up my beloved Crossfit. It's been one year since I joined my hubby at Crossfit 760 and I cannot tell you how much everyone there means to me and has has helped me through this pregnancy. So, I had to say farewell to my WODs until I'm recovered from the delivery. I'm already looking forward to the day I can put those lululemons back on and throw some weight around.

Love the new look! xoxo
